Chando is currently residing in New York City. Chando attended Manhattan College prior to becoming an actor. Chando originated the role of Maddie Coleman on the television soap drama As the World Changes. She played from 2005 to 2007 before returning for another few months beginning in late 2009. Her acting debut came in her debut on the TV show House Blend in which she appeared as Jenna Harper. She also played Maddie Coleman in the CBS soap As the World Turns for three seasons. Chando made her TV debut with True life (an American documentary) in late 2009. Later, in 2009 she was a guest on Sherri, a TV show. Chando was in two episodes of Glory Daze (an American comedy-drama series) as Annabelle. In addition, her other television show credits include Castle, Hindsight, Dead People and Outcast.
