Keeley Hawes has a reputation as an English actor and producer from England. She is best known for her roles in the television series Line of Duty, Bodyguard and Mrs Wilson, all of which brought the actress BAFTA awards nominations. She has been praised by critics for her role in The Durrells and It's a Sin, as well as The Missing. She first gained fame in the BBC series Tipping the Velvet. Later she appeared in the spy-themed drama Spooks, and the crime fiction Ashes to Ashes. Hawes was first seen in a film with the 1998 movie Avengers and was later seen in various films, including Death at a Funeral, Misbehaviour and To Olivia. She also played Lara Croft (in 7 editions) the main character in The Tomb Raider game franchise. She was a 2020-2021 executive producer of the television series Honour and Finding Alice.
